Every piece of jewelry is handmade with superior craftsmanship and materials. The majority of my gemstones come from wholesale suppliers in NYC and California. Only gemstones, Swarovski crystals, glass beads, and precious metals are used in crafting Sheryl Lee Jewelry. Precious metals include sterling silver, 14kt gold-filled components, and 14kt gold components.

Items that are strung vs. hand-wired, are strung using Softflex—a sturdy steel-based wire with nylon or 24kt-gold coating. Softflex has long-lasting quality so that you can enjoy your jewelry for years to come.

What Does Gold-filled Mean?

Gold-fill is made up of 1/20th 14kt gold to equal 3% actual gold in a gold-filled piece. A layer of 14kt gold is put over brass by heat and pressure bonding. Gold-filled has an actual layer of gold, while gold-plated merely has a microscopic film, which rubs off. Gold-fill is considered a precious metal and wears just like solid 14kt gold. It will not rub off. Gold-filled may darken over time, but will polish to a sparkling shine with a soft polishing cloth.

Regular orders ship within 1-2 business days and custom orders ship within 10-15 days depending on supply of components.

Payment Options

Payment is made possible through PayPal — it’s fast, safe, and secure. With PayPal, you have the option of paying with a credit card, debit card, or e-check. E-checks take 4-7 business days to clear, however, and items will be shipped once the e-check clears. All personal and confidential information is retained in PayPal’s secure server, not with any vendor, so your personal data is safe and secure.

PayPal is an on-line payment solution endorsed and owned by eBay. PayPal is free for all consumers.

Return Policy

I really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive the wrong item or an item in unsatisfactory condition, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 7 days from receipt. It must be in its original packaging with tags still attached—in new and unused condition.
Refunds are given only if you receive defective items or merchandise in error.

If you want to exchange product(s) for reasons other than receiving damaged product(s), you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order.
Custom orders are generally not eligible for refunds and decisions to issue refunds are made on a case-by-case basis. All 50% deposits on custom orders are nonrefundable.

All jewelry returns must be insured for the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable unless you were sent an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

Send an e-mail providing me with your item #, receipt date, and reason for return or exchange. I will e-mail you instructions to expedite your return/exchange.

In order to process payments via PayPal, you provide certain information (name, email address, postal address, etc.).  This information is used only to process your order.  All customer information is secure and never provided to a third party. When you visit my site or place orders I take responsible steps to ensure the confidentiality of your information, including the use of a secure payment server (PayPal).  By using PayPal, I never even see your financial information.
